well anon, there’s a lot you can do to try and cope!!
i would reccomend these. they help me!!
- listen to some soothing music, or music you kow well and that is calming and or happy to you!
- drink some tea or cold water!!
- are you hngry? try and eat something!
- if you’re feeling overwhelmed in a social situation, detach yourself. go into an empty room, a bathroom stall, and try and center yourself. breath through your nose and out through your mouth for a count of 20. think of a good memory, smell a favorite scent, adn remember, you are loved, and you can do it.
- for paranoia…that is tough. voice your opinions somehow. write, draw, sing, talk, talk to someone, text, type, make a text post about it… get it OUT. even if you delete it after, GET. IT. OUT. OF. YOUR. HEAD. trust me.
